Product Information : Due to the nature of our hand-made products, size and colors in our samples or pictures are approximate and may vary. All sizes given are approximate, not exact. All items will have natural imperfections – blemishes, scars, small chips, etc. due to aging and the environment in which they lived. We will do our best to pick the nicest product we have available.
We offer the lowest possible available price to our customers which does not allow us to give credit for minor damages that may occur in shipping. We ask that you incorporate minor claims into your sales price so that we may continue to offer the lowest possible prices. Due to the delicate nature of some of our shell items we can not be responsible for breakage. It is not cost effective to replace these items.
Returns : Our products are packed carefully and in undamaged condition when shipped. In the unlikely event of damage, all original packaging must be saved. No returns will be accepted. Due to the delicate nature of some of our shell items we can not be responsible for breakage. It is not cost effective to replace these items due to shipping cost.
Minimum Order :
Shipping : All orders are shipped from Provincetown ,MA All orders have shipping calculated in at check out. If you are ordering a large amount please call us as we can consolidate items and reduce shipping cost.
